The people behind Loans Regina are reached by email, at the email address in the footer, and we answer within two business days. A loan you hold is a matter for the lender on your agreement; a complaint about a licensed lender's conduct goes to the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan.
Email us
Email is the only way to reach us, at the address in the footer of every page. There is no phone line, no mailing address and no office; Loans Regina is an online service with no staffed office in Regina or anywhere else, because we publish information and do not lend. For a correction, put the page address in the subject line and say where the right figure comes from.

Who to contact for what
Find your question on the left and take it to the office on the right.
| Your question | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| A figure, a Saskatchewan rule or a Regina detail on this site is wrong | Us, by email. We read it against The Payday Loans Act and the FCAA guidance, fix the page and move its date. |
| The status of an application you sent | The application platform's own support, linked from the confirmation email it sent you. |
| A repayment date, a payment or a loan you already hold, payday or installment | The lender named on your agreement, which must show its contact details and its FCAA licence. |
| A lender charged more than $14 per $100, refused a cancellation before the end of the next business day, rolled a loan over or opened a second loan while one was running | The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan, which licenses payday lenders and each location they lend from. |
| Your rights on payday loans anywhere in Canada | The Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. |

What we cannot do
We cannot see your application, change an offer, hurry an e-transfer, cancel a loan for you or phone a lender on your behalf, and we never hold your banking details, so there is nothing of yours here to delete. What we can do is correct this site, explain a Saskatchewan rule in plain words and point you to the office that can act.
Corrections and updates
When a provincial or federal rule changes, the page changes with it and its last updated date moves. The about page and how applying works answer most questions before they reach the inbox, and the complaints policy sets out what happens after you write.
