Applying through Loans Regina takes three steps: a short form, a read only look at the pay deposits in your chequing account (or pay stubs), and an agreement signed on your phone, then an Interac e-transfer from the lender. A payday offer shows a fee per $100 and one repayment date; an installment offer shows an APR and a term.
What to have ready
Four things carry you through the form: a chequing account your pay lands in, your employer and pay schedule, a working mobile number and email, and government photo identification.
| Item | What the lender does with it |
|---|---|
| Chequing account with employment deposits | Income read here, e-transfer sent here, repayment taken here |
| Employer and pay schedule | Sets the amount (at most 50% of net pay for the period) and the repayment date, your next pay date |
| Mobile number and email | Codes, the agreement, the cancellation notice, the Interac notice |
| Photo identification | A name match and proof you are 18, the age of majority in Saskatchewan |
Step 1: the form
The apply button opens the application platform, whose form asks for your address, employer, pay frequency, the amount and the account for the money; none of it reaches this site, and it is free.
Ask for what one deposit can carry. A lender cannot advance more than half the net pay it sees for the period, so a first payday loan rarely gets near $1500; $300 costs $42 and comes back as $342 in one debit on the next pay date. A Crown or provincial employee paid every second week knows the date; a hospital casual or a refinery worker on rotation should work out which deposit the lender will count. If the bill needs more than one paycheque, read the installment loans Regina page and ask for an installment amount.

Step 2: the read only bank link or your stubs
Most lenders confirm income through a read only connection to your online banking: you sign in inside a secure window, the lender receives about 90 days of deposits and debits, and the window closes. It cannot move money and never shows the lender your password. Pay stubs and a bank statement work too and add about a business day.
What the lender reads
The lender looks at four things: regular employment deposits and their size, how far apart they land, recent overdrafts or bounced payments, and whether another payday loan is open, since a second one is not allowed in Saskatchewan. A harvest season of large deposits followed by a quiet November shows up plainly, as does a hospital rotation with uneven overtime; the offer is sized on the ordinary deposits.

Step 3: sign, then watch for the e-transfer
The lender sends a written offer. A payday offer shows the amount, the fee in dollars, the total and the one repayment date; the fee cannot exceed $14 per $100, the date must be your next pay date within 62 days, and the amount cannot exceed 50% of your net pay for the period. The payday loans Regina page has the cost table. An installment offer shows the APR, the monthly payment, the number of payments and the total cost; the APR must sit at or under the federal 35% ceiling. Untick any optional insurance before you accept.
You sign on your phone and get a copy of the agreement. Under Saskatchewan law you can cancel a payday loan at no cost by the end of the next business day after signing, by written notice to the lender and by returning the money; no reason is needed. The Interac e-transfer usually lands within minutes with autodeposit on and within a few hours by email acceptance; the e-transfer loans Regina page covers evenings and weekends.
Timing by hour and day
A payday application sent on a weekday morning is usually funded by early afternoon; an installment lender reads the credit file too, so its money lands the same business day or the next.
| Stage | Payday loan | Installment loan |
|---|---|---|
| Form | About 5 minutes | About 5 minutes |
| Bank link | About 1 minute | About 1 minute |
| Lender review and offer | Minutes to an hour on a weekday | An hour to a business day |
| Signing | A few minutes | A few minutes |
| E-transfer arrival | Minutes with autodeposit | Same business day or the next |
Forms sent after about 6 p.m. are mostly read the next morning, and a Saturday form often waits until Monday; one sent at 7 a.m. after a night shift at the mill is near the front of the queue. If rent is due on the first and the provincial deposit lands after it, send the form a day or two ahead.

If a payment will be short
Call the lender before the due date, not after. Saskatchewan has no mandatory extended payment plan, so no plan is owed to you on a third loan; what you have is the lender's willingness to split or move the debit, which most will do once if asked before it bounces and adds an NSF charge. The lender cannot roll the loan into a new one, lend to you again while it is open or charge beyond the capped fee and the agreed default charges; if it refuses to talk or breaks those rules, the complaint goes to the FCAA.
If no lender makes an offer
A decline usually traces to the income or the account rather than the score: no regular employment deposit, an account opened last month, a run of NSF charges, a payday loan still open elsewhere, or an amount half your net pay cannot cover on one pay date. The bad credit loans Regina page lists the hard stops, and the personal loans Regina page covers a larger unsecured amount after a bank decline.

Complaints to the FCAA
The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA), through its Consumer Credit Division, licenses every payday lender for each location it lends from and takes complaints about them. With the agreement and the debit record in hand, read the FCAA page on borrowing from a payday lender or start at the regulator's home page; the complaints policy covers what to send first. An installment loan runs under its own agreement and the federal ceiling in section 347 of the Criminal Code; read its prepayment clause. The about page explains how this site earns its fee.
