Loans Regina keeps no record of who you are. These pages are static files with no form, no login, no tracking cookie and no analytics script; the loan application behind the apply button runs on a separate lender matching service with its own privacy policy. This page lists what the site can see and how to reach us.
What the site collects
The site collects nothing beyond the standard server log that the delivery network keeps for every request: the time, the page asked for and a shortened network address, held briefly to keep the site up and block abuse. The log carries no name and is joined to nothing else. No analytics script or advertising tag loads.
The application form is not here
No page on loansregina.ca accepts input from you: no sign up box, no calculator that remembers what you type, no chat window, no comment field. The application form belongs to the lender matching service that the apply button links to, and that service shows its own privacy policy before its first question. That service, not this site, handles your details, the read-only bank connection and the sharing of your file with licensed lenders.

What the apply button carries
The apply button carries one site code and nothing about you. The code tells the matching service that the visit began on loansregina.ca so a referral fee can be matched to a funded loan, as the referral disclosure explains. It holds no name, no page title, no time of click and no location, and your browser sends no referrer with it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies for tracking, and writes nothing to local storage on your phone or computer. Your browser may cache a page so it opens faster; that copy sits on your own device. The matching service may set cookies once you arrive there, under its own policy.

The photographs
The photographs on the service and area pages come from Pexels under its free licence, and each page credits the photographer. They are stock images of Regina and Saskatchewan subjects, the Legislative Building, Wascana Lake, a prairie field, a winter highway; none shows a visitor, a borrower or anyone who has written to us.
Email and corrections
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for a correction to a page, write to the email address in the footer and name the page and the sentence. We answer within two business days. Because the site stores nothing about visitors, an access request will nearly always come back empty; a correction to a wrong figure is made once confirmed, and the date at the top of the page moves with it.
Messages are kept until the question is answered, then deleted. We add no one to a mailing list and pass no address to a lender or the matching service. Please do not attach pay stubs, bank statements or a loan agreement; we have no use for them.

The law that applies
The federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, PIPEDA, governs how private sector organizations in Saskatchewan handle personal information, and it binds the matching service and every lender that holds your file. This site holds nothing for you to request, correct or delete beyond the log line above. The about page explains who runs the site and how it is paid, and the contact page says what we can and cannot help with.
